Policy and Procedure

Tuition is billed monthly on the 21st of each month and based on a 19 week spring/fall semester and 7 week summer semester. This reserves the students spot for the following month. Tuition is non-refundable once the lesson month begins.  If tuition is not paid by the 1st of the lesson month a $30 late fee is applied and the card on file will be charged. If the credit card declines we will email you with how to make your payment. When the card declines 3 times a $100 fee will be applied to your tuition. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month the student will be dropped from class/s. Tuition will increase annually by 3%. All refunds are subject to a $30 processing fee.

 $50 paid in full before scheduling is reserved. This is paid once at the start of enrollment as long as there is continuous enrollment. Anytime a student drops or a break occurs a new registration fee is applied when you return. This fee covers books, materials, and other costs.

We DO NOT offer makeup lessons for missed sessions. Rescheduling may be possible provided we are informed of the absence at least 24 hours in advance and there is availability.  If there is no availability, and 24 hour notice was given, a missed lesson will result in a credit of $5 towards your next month's tuition.  We do offer remote lessons if needed. We DO NOT offer rescheduled lessons or credits for any last minute cancellations or no-shows.
